We are constantly raising the bar by which quality is measured in the turkish localization market
Why? Because all of us here at Locasis are trained to recognize when a customer is struggling with quality issues and having trouble defining what is required for its product/service vis-à-vis the Turkish market. We can guide you to the right level, and then back it up with sign-off from individual translator(s) and QA people responsible for the project.
We are also a DQA ISO 9001:2000 quality service provider, which means that we work in accordance with standards that depend on our processes, rather than on individuals. By its very design, the ISO 9001:2001 drives our process of constant improvement in the quality of service that we deliver to our customers. We should also point out that it is estimated that only a very small number of language service providers have achieved this certification, so it is not easy to obtain.
